So I am feeling schlumpy. First the hair needed trimming. Check. Now, my waist needs trimming. I realize that it wasn't quite 4 months that I had Cordelia, but I have a long way to go before I am healthy.
Heck I would be pleased to be where I was before I got pregnant this last time. I just can't seem to find my footing. Sure my time is limited with the kids and all but STILL. I could eat ... you know less. Less in the portion, less in the junk food variety. Yet I cannot seem to get there mentally. I want to be there. I.am.just.not.
Heather at Cool Zebras is hosting another famous Aweigh so I am going to publicly record my weight loss. So not my usual thing but hopefully it will get my arse motivated and moving. You guys can come join us if you want! It starts in December ...
SO yeah until then ....
Tonight I am headed to New Moon!!!!! *squeal* I am having popcorn and enjoying the flick with my bff ...

Her permanent teeth have begun to grow behind her baby teeth, pushing the teeth, spreading them apart! We were so shocked! Her bottom teeth are so not wiggly. So I will be making a dentist appointment for Becca first thing tomorrow. However after reading a few articles the teeth will probably loosen up on their own eventually.
We are all very excited. WOW! Teeth falling out! Tooth Fairy ... Time is escaping me. Why do these kids keep growing so fast?!?
What is the going rate for the tooth fairy?!?!

Well I do have have my movie ticket for New Moon. My BFF & I are heading out Tuesday night. I have two more days to get all giddy like a school girl! hehe
Silliness is good for the soul.
We totally hauled a$$ or rather wood, and moved all the split wood to our wood shed. The 50 year old maple in our yard that fell, we kept the fallen tree. We have a fireplace insert in our basement to help supplement our heat in the winter. So when the tree fell, J saw the opportunity for wood (next year after the wood has dried out or seasoned). We had no clue what we were signing up for.
Luckily we had a friend come by with a chain saw and a wood splitter (splits the logs into burn-able size), to help us out. We worked all Wednesday after to split most of it. We still have these massive pieces of wood that I am not totally sure what we are going to do with.
So today we cleared that all out. Not an easy feat. I was ill most of last night, getting very little sleep. Just keep pushing forward. The kids loved spending the afternoon outside (well Cordi merely put up with it). I am loving the cool but livable weather!
How was your weekend?

So I did cut a good 7 inches off my hair. It is shoulder length and I like it. I miss the dramatic length but I know this will be easier to maintain at the moment.
My tummy is still way upset but I just keep ignoring it and moving forward. Plus my arm has had a terrible reaction to the vaccination. It is all swollen, hot to the touch and very sore. Not fun.
Still one more day of the weekend. I hope to relax a little more tomorrow. J had to go into work today to give a tour & demonstration to parents and prospective students, so I was solo for a while.

Have fun with more Wordless Wednesday.
First, we're happy to announce that the team has identified and fixed the issue with the YouTube conduit; you can now find and add videos from YouTube to your library and posts. As always, thanks for your patience!
The other news we have today is about a new addition to the Six Apart family: TypePad Micro, a new free level of TypePad that is streamlined for microblogging. We see a new form of blogging emerging that lives between the quick status updates of Twitter and Facebook and the long-form posts of "classic" blogging; TypePad Micro is designed to meet that need. You can read more about TypePad Micro in Chris Alden's post on the Everything TypePad blog.
A lot of the new capabilities we've added to TypePad this year were actually inspired by some of the best things about Vox: favoriting, member profiles, a dashboard to follow other bloggers, and easy ways to post content from other social media sites. But the things that make Vox different from TypePad are still there: Vox has always been -- and still is -- the best place for "friends and family" blogging, where you're in control over who sees what. TypePad, on the other hand, is built for the blogger who wants, no, craves, attention.
Do you have a passion or interest you want to share with people beyond your Vox neighborhood? If so, we'd love it if you tried out TypePad Micro. Maybe you've always wanted to start that obsessive blog that's just about waffle restaurants. Or want a place to share videos of your favorite band (Jonas Brothers, anyone? Anyone? ...). TypePad Micro's great for those topic-specific blogs. Take it for a spin and let us know what you think.
On the Vox front, our designers are working on some cool new themes (coming soon!). We'd also love to hear your thoughts about where we should take Vox in the coming year. What are the key things you'd like to see for Vox? If you've had a chance to use TypePad this year, what are the features there that we should bring over to Vox? And, if you're thinking big thoughts, how could we connect the Vox and TypePad communities in order to bring together bloggers and their shared passions? Your feedback is really important to us, so please leave a comment here, or shoot me a message.
And again, thanks for your patience as we found and fixed the YouTube bug!

I could just get a trim and continue growing this epic mane OR I could get like 12 inches hacked off. I do not fair well attempting the "Felicity". I totally mowed my hair once when living in Ontario and was ruined! So my hair cut would be to my shoulders, I am thinking long layers ... (I am shamefully stealing a photo .... shhh!) Like this ...
So what do YOU think? Seriously I totally need some advise. I so wanted the epic long hair (think Kristen Stewart as Bella), however I so do not have the time, or the desire to wrangle it everyday, plus the humidity here totally makes me frizzy :(
